Chelsea Treseder, Co-Founder

Chelsea has spent her entire career in medical device Sales & Marketing roles. Chelsea’s first experience in the hearing care industry (outside of alphabetizing files in her parent’s audiology practice as a kid) was at InSound Medical where she was part of the original team who launched Lyric, the world’s 1st invisible hearing aid. Chelsea spent a number of years there and also at Phonak after they acquired InSound. Chelsea has also worked in marketing roles in other medical device industries, including diabetes, dental, orthodontic, and more. Chelsea has a B.A. in Communication Sciences & Disorders from California State University, Chico (2005) and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School (2014). After hours, Chelsea likes to keep working and spend time with her family.

Will Diles, Co-Founder & BI Architect

Will is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with deep knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and hearing care practice management. Will’s love for data and the power it brings to a business began during his time in Global Supply Chain & Operations for San Francisco-based children’s clothing retailer, Gymboree. Will has extensive experience managing and growing private hearing care practices and advising other practice owners on topics related to practice management, business intelligence, and more. Will also advises hundreds of other practice owners on topics related to practice management, business intelligence, and more through his role as a Practice Consultant for Pivot Hearing. What this means is that Will understands very deeply what actually matters in a hearing care practice and is able to transform millions of rows of otherwise unusable data into actionable insights for practice owners. Will graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2007. Outside of work, Will mostly talks about hearing aids but when he’s not doing that, he enjoys making woodfired pizzas for his family & friends in his backyard.

Lee Diles, Co-Founder & SQL Architect

Lee is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with a background in software development, testing, and data warehousing. Lee has always been a music lover, and he figured out a way to work in the industry and still pay rent with his role at Ingrooves in San Francisco, a digital music distribution company that was later acquired by Universal Music Group. At Ingrooves, Lee learned skills such as data warehousing, data transformation, software development, quality assurance & testing, and more, and these skills now power the back end of My Vitals Pro. Lee has a B.A. in Music from California State University, Chico, 2009. Lee enjoys spending time with his growing family and discovering new music.

Zach Vanderbilt, Chief Technology Officer

Meet Zach Vanderbilt, the Chief Technology Officer with a passion for technology and a strong background in cognitive science. Having graduated from the University of California, Irvine, Zach brings a unique perspective to his role, combining expertise in ETL, Python development, and extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Zach holds multiple certifications from the Linux Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. Additionally, he serves on the advisory board for CSU Chico's Cybersecurity for Executives Program, contributing his expertise to shape future leaders in the cybersecurity domain. Prior to his current position, Zach's journey included experiences as a system administrator managing Linux-based servers for website hosting and as the Director of Technology for an international marketing agency. Being better than everyone at computers during the workweek wasn't enough, so he also likes to leave people in the dust on Northern California racetracks such as Thunderhill and Laguna Seca.

Kate Zuercher

Kate Zuercher is a highly accomplished Senior Account Executive at My Vitals Pro, where she utilizes her diverse background and expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients. Graduating from The University of California Davis in 2021, Kate pursued a comprehensive education in Biosciences, Design, and Technology management, providing her with a unique skill set that bridges the gap between healthcare and business.

With an impressive tenure in software sales in San Francisco spanning two and a half years, Kate honed her skills in business development, sales, and marketing. Her experience in the dynamic tech industry equipped her with a strategic mindset and excellent communication abilities, enabling her to forge strong client relationships and deliver results.

On the weekends, Kate takes her dogs outside so they can bark at the beach instead of on her Zoom calls.

Gaurav Gandhi

Gaurav Gandhi is a Data Analyst with My Vitals Pro, bringing a fresh perspective to the team after recently earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. During his academic journey, Gaurav's fascination with data analysis was ignited by a comprehensive course in numerical analysis and methods, complemented by his active engagement in the Artificial Intelligence club. Moreover, serving as the VP of Finance in his fraternity, he gained firsthand insights into the pivotal role of data-driven decisions in the growth of an organization.

Gaurav’s diverse upbringing, with experiences in Tokyo and Hong Kong, before settling in California, has cultivated a unique ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds. This, coupled with a data-driven approach, enables him to bridge the gap between intricate analytics and the specific needs of customers. Fueled with a passion for learning, Gaurav aims to further his knowledge in Data Science and its application in the audiology industry.

In his free time, Gaurav picks up a guitar, plays soccer with his friends, or learns yet another new language.
